Punishment of the crime
1. 2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B in driving a car in the specific crime.
The Defendant, at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, driven the above vehicle under the influence of 0.101% alcohol level in alcohol level, and 1158-17 Dong-dong 1158-17, Dong-gu, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, a member of Annsan-si, transferred the intersection to a stop elementary school at the right side, and entered the intersection to the right side from the right side of the victim C driver’s D Spanpo, which was under way, while moving to the intersection from the right side of the course to the stop at an elementary school, suffered an injury of the victim, respectively, for about two weeks, in front of the right side of the victim’s vehicle, requiring treatment, and for about two weeks in need of treatment for the victim’s passenger E.
