On November 24, 2016, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven a car with Bmari-ri-ri, while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 200 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.105 percent from the front day of the apartment house to the front day of the Dowon-dong located in the Scri-si, Sinsi-si.
