However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On September 11, 2013, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven a sports cargo vehicle in the Ccoon in the state of alcohol alcohol level of about 0.215% without obtaining a driver's license in the section of about 2 km from the front front of the cross-unception cluster in the Chungcheongnam-si trainingdong to the road of about 305, Yongsan-si.
