1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the three floors of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, each point is indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 8, and 1.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On October 17, 2017, the title of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. C, which was leased to the Defendant KRW 1 million and KRW 3.80,000 per month; however, on October 18, 2018, the Defendant does not pay rent from October 18, 2018; thus, it is demanded to terminate the lease agreement and deliver the real estate, and to pay the rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent calculated at the rate of KRW 380,00 per month from October 19, 2019.
