Text
1. The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the claim shall be as shown in the annexed sheet;
2. The judgment deeming the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the defendant is deemed to have led to the confession of all the plaintiff's arguments under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the defendant was served with the original payment order, submitted the written objection, did not submit any subsequent response, and did not appear at the date of pleading.)
