A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
To the extent that the defendant's defense right is not substantially infringed, the phrases of the facts charged were modified.
The defendant is a part-time worker working in CPC room located in Yangju-si, and the victim D (n, 15 years of age) was a part-time worker in the above PC room.
1. At around 00:00 on March 14, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, by inserting the bucks by hand on the victim’s bucks that he was seated next to the PC, and by inserting his hand into the victim’s bucks on the part of the victim’s bucks.
2. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, following the victim’s side at the PC room around the new wall. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took the victim’s bucks by hand; (b) taken the victim’s bucks by hand; and (c)
3. On March 19, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, following the victim’s side by the PC. On March 19, 2019, the Defendant met the victim’s chest, and committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by force.
4. On March 19, 2019, around 05:30 on March 19, 2019, the Defendant came to the E-house where the Defendant and the victim were located.
At around 08:00 on March 19, 2019, the Defendant, at the E house located in F apartment G in Yangju-si, laid down a cell phone as a head of the f apartment G, laid down a cell phone, laid down a sudden hand on the part of the victim, laid down the part of the victim’s broke, laid down the victim’s chest, forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force, and forced the victim to take advantage of the victim’s body in the state of mental disorder due to diving in the cell.
As a result, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a child or juvenile victim at least four times in total, and committed an indecent act once by taking advantage of the victim’s mental condition.
