1. Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J are the buildings indicated in attached Form 1 on the ground of 261 m3 m2 in Chuncheon City to the Plaintiff Diplomatic Association.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as indicated in the “the cause of the claim and the changed cause of the claim” attached thereto.
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) Defendant C, D, G, H, I, and J: Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment by the deeming party);
(b) Defendant E, F,K, and M: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment by public notice);
