If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

The defendant is a person who was active as the leader of the SNS of the election campaign office for candidates Cparty D in the 21st National Assembly member B, which was implemented on April 15, 2020.

No person shall, for the purpose of getting elected or having another person elected, publicly announce or publicly announce false facts about the birth, family relation, status, occupation, career, property, or activity of a candidate, his/her spouse, lineal ascendants or descendants or siblings in favor of the candidate, or an organization to which such persons belong, or a specific organization, in favor of the candidate.

Nevertheless, on April 2020, the Defendant, even though there was no fact that six organizations, including E, and members, including the early police officer, have made a support declaration on the candidates for D, prepared and distributed the report materials as if the support declaration was made and made a report to the press, and made a false statement that six organizations, including E, made a support declaration on the candidates for D including E, under their management.

On April 4, 2020, the Defendant prepared and distributed false news report materials at the office of candidate D in F, and even though the members of G and H organizations and affiliated members did not have made a declaration of support for D candidates, the Defendant prepared the news report materials in the name of the Cparty B election countermeasure committee, and sent the photographs taken by each member of the D candidates and the members of the C Party BD candidates to I from April 5, 2020 and declared that the C Party BD candidates visited the election office as the title of the J Act from the I to the I. On April 5, 2020, the Defendant declared that the C Party BD candidates received promotional messages from the president and members of the G Party B before the K, and that the Chairperson and members of the H Party B made a declaration of support for the election office (hereinafter omitted).

The defendant, including this, shall be attached in the same manner from that time until April 9, 2020.
