1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 250,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 16, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Addenda of the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum among the Plaintiff’s damages for delay are dismissed.
