1. Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, P, Q, Q, R, T, U, and V are out of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list to the Plaintiff.
1. Determination as to claims against Defendant E, I, and N
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s claim indication 1) is a clan formed for the purpose of protecting graves and promoting friendship between the Y and descendants by making the X 37-year-old Y as a joint line. 2) The Plaintiff purchased real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 on August 13, 1934, and entered into a title trust agreement with Z, AA, and AB, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Z, AA, and AB with respect to each of the 1/3 shares of the real estate.
3) The Defendants are descendants of AA. 4) On January 15, 2014, the Plaintiff notified the said Defendants of the termination of the title trust.
5) Therefore, the said Defendants are liable for the Plaintiff to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on January 15, 2014 with respect to each portion of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 as indicated in the separate sheet No. 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Determination as to the claims against Defendant B, C, D, F, G, H, K, L, M, P, Q, R, T, T, U, and V

5) Therefore, the said Defendants are liable for the Plaintiff to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on January 15, 2014 with respect to each portion of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 as indicated in the separate sheet No. 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. The Plaintiff, upon determining the claim against the Defendant W, purchased the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 on August 13, 1934, and subsequently decides to title trust with respect to each one-third share of Z, AA, AB, and its real estate.
