On April 23, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for the crime of acquiring stolen goods.

5.1. The decision becomes final and conclusive;

1. On October 23, 2002, at around 12:00 on October 23, 2002, the Defendant acquired stolen goods at KRW 400,00,00, after being aware of the fact that the market price is equivalent to KRW 1.6 million, such as the three cut machines, which was stolen by D, E, and E, at the C office of the Defendant’s management located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si;

2. On December 29, 200 of the same month, at the same place as above, D and E have stolen at KRW 2.6 million with knowledge of the fact that the market value of the iron bars that D and E stolen at the same place as above was stolen at KRW 400,000,000, and acquired the stolen goods;

3. On the 31st day of the same month, around 12:00, at the same place as above, D and E have stolen at KRW 40,000,00 after purchasing the stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the combined market price is equivalent to KRW 1.320,000,000,000, such as two strings, strings, three strings, three strings, and two strings, etc.
