1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 921,96,790 among the Plaintiff and KRW 300,000,000 from January 28, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments stated in Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Nowon-do Saemaul Depository transferred 30 million won to the defendant on May 30, 2002, with interest rate of 8% per annum, and delayed payment rate of 19.8% per annum (hereinafter "the loan of this case"), and filed a lawsuit against the defendant on November 1, 2006 with Seoul Western District Court 2006dan8783, 2006, and 9.6% of the principal and interest amount of the loan of this case to the defendant on May 11, 2007, and the defendant filed a lawsuit against the defendant on June 11, 2007 with 9% of the total amount of 30 million won per annum from June 8, 2003 to December 4, 2006, and 9% of the interest and interest amount of the loan of this case to the defendant on June 29, 2006.
