1. As to KRW 96,538,432 among the Plaintiff and KRW 50,00,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from July 17, 2014 to February 10, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively.
