On October 2, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on October 11, 2019, due to a violation of road traffic law (dacting driving) in the Young-gu District Court Young-gu District Court’s Young-gu branch, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 11, 2019.

On January 16, 2021, the Defendant driven C dump truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 30 km from the front of the insular road in the front of the hiversary road to the front of the North-gu B in the port-si.
