The judgment of the defendant is the confession of the defendant, while the first offender is favorable, perjury requires strict punishment as a crime that obstructs the proper exercise of the judgment authority, which is the judicial action of the country, and the discovery of substantial truth, and other circumstances that are conditions for sentencing, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, motive, means and methods of the crime of this case, and circumstances after the crime, are too unreasonable.
