A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those who are engaged in driving a radar car;

2. On the date stated in paragraph 1, the Defendant was driving a rash car without a driver’s license from the front day of the lush area in Gwangju (hereinafter referred to as the “Unlicensed Driving”) to the place where the accident occurred.
