The Defendant, with Mongolian nationality, is a person working as a park in the “C”, who is an enterprise that assembles through the air transport network in Busan Young-gu, Busan, and on December 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year and a suspended sentence of two years on December 29, 2012.

1. Intimidation: (a) the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone (E) at around August 25, 2012 when the victim was aware of the victim D (n, 44 years of age) working together with the said “C”; (b) the victim’s cell phone (E) at around August 25, 2012; and (c) the victim’s cell phone (F) at around August 23:2, 2012, sent to the victim’s cell phone (F), an text message stating “A in the Republic of Korea, but, if he knows of the fact, she was aware of the victim’s mobile phone (F), she threatened the victim by informing her husband of the relationship between her husband and by sending the victim’s her husband to the effect that he/she would die.

Around September 21, 2012, the Defendant arrested the victim on the part of the G hot spring parking lot located in the Busan Youngdo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on September 21, 2012, requesting the victim to continue to talk with him/her, but at any time, the victim left his/her left hand with him/her who left the place and left the place, and arrested the victim by towing about about 50 meters from the above parking lot to the entrance of the road against his/her will, and arresting the victim by towing about 50 meters from the above parking lot to the road.
