The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 300,000,000 won with 12% per annum from August 26, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of the plaintiff and the debtor.
3. The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant paid interest calculated at an annual interest rate of 8.4% on the instant loan of KRW 300 million, and that the interest accrued from September 2019 to April 2020 exceeds KRW 16.1 million.
However, there is no evidence to prove that there was an interest agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant, and thus, the part demanding the payment of interest among the claims in this case cannot be accepted, and it shall be dismissed.
