A. Before the subdivision, the Plaintiff divided into one 20,949 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “J”) 20,949 square meters (hereinafter “I land before the subdivision”) into 15,200 square meters of forest land, 618 square meters of L forest land, 660 square meters of 720, N20, 352 square meters of forest land, Q 60, 193 square meters of forest land, 193 square meters of forest land, 205 square meters of 20,0000, 205 square meters of 20,0000,0000, and 206,000 square meters of 36,000 square meters of forest land, and 20,0000 square meters of 20,000,0000,000 won of 36,000 square meters of forest land, 363,000 square meters of forest and forest land.

B. On June 13, 2003, V sold the instant land to Nonparty W on June 18, 2003. The said W sold to X on December 9, 2003, X, and Y and Z on December 30, 2005. On August 6, 2016, the Plaintiff purchased the instant land from the said Y and Z and completed the registration of transfer of ownership as against the said land under Article 168290, which was received on September 6, 2016 by the registry office of the Ulsan District Court.

C. On July 16, 2006, 2006, the portion of I forest land 12,608 square meters (the land before dividing into I land and U forest after dividing into June 12, 2007) owned by V was transferred to AA with respect to 3/13 shares due to property inheritance on July 16, 2006, to AB, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E, who are the remaining successors, as to each share of 2/13 shares of the above land.

After the division that was owned AB, 2/13 shares in I land were transferred to Defendant G due to the sale by compulsory auction on October 1, 2009. Of them, 8,595/15,31 shares were transferred to Defendant F on February 25, 2010. 3/13 shares in I land after the division that was owned by AB were transferred to Defendant F on the ground of sale by compulsory auction on October 1, 2009.
