A. On April 201, Plaintiff A entered into a loan transaction agreement (hereinafter “instant loan agreement”) that borrowed KRW 2,000,000 with D Company (hereinafter “instant loan agreement”).
Under the loan agreement of this case, the interest rate is 27.9% per annum.
