C. On August 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened an import L/C (L/C) on August 24, 2016 and paid USD 100,100 to the Plaintiff; (b) opened an import L/C (L/C) on September 21, 2016 and paid USD 9,960; and (c) paid USD 21,860 in total by paying USD 21,860 on October 28, 2016.

A. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment (1) The plaintiff's summary of the plaintiff's assertion showed the above basic facts at the defendant's request.

Of the table in the list of paragraphs 2 through 6, the export and import declaration was filed at a unit price less than the actual unit price, and the actual unit price is as follows. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of USD 136,651.1 ($ 358,51.1) due to the actual price of goods ($ 221,860).
