After comprehensively taking account of the adopted evidence, the lower court determined that the instant disposition, which denied the extension of the status of stay for marriage immigrants against the Plaintiff, was lawful, since it is difficult to deem that the Plaintiff and B had a genuine marital intent and a substance of marriage, and it is also difficult to deem that the Plaintiff could not maintain a normal matrimonial relationship due to reasons not attributable to the Plaintiff.

In light of the records, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and there is no error of law such as violation of the rules of evidence and misapprehension of legal principles as to abuse of discretion, as alleged in the grounds of appeal
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
