1. Of the primary claims of the instant lawsuit, the part seeking confirmation of invalidity of the disposition of rectification and the first preliminary claim are part of the claim.
The summary of the business name - The project name - the Corporation for the Opening of access road to the Busan-gu (Seoul-gu Cil-gu) - the project implementer: the same defendant corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the same defendant") - the public notice of project implementation authorization: D public notice of Busan-gu Busan-do on March 20, 2013, E on October 23, 2013, the same public notice E on February 19, 2014, and the same public notice of February 19, 2014, the defendant filed an application for adjudication with the same court for adjudication with respect to the acquisition of the real estate in this case on the grounds that the compensation was low, but the plaintiff did not comply with the above consultation. - Compensation on October 20, 2014 - Compensation on 20 square meters: The Defendant Committee served the original copy of the instant written adjudication on expropriation (hereinafter referred to as “the original copy of the instant written adjudication”) on August 29, 2014 with respect to KRW 11,330,900 for the portion of 12/20 square meters in Nam-gu, Busan, and KRW 58,543,500 for the compensation of KRW 6,609,750 for the portion of KRW 7 square meters in the Republic of Korea, and KRW 9,094,00 for the portion of obstacles to the above H’s ground buildings, etc., and sent it on August 29, 2014.
