On September 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-hand car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.082% at the 15m section of the blood alcohol level on the roads in front of the Daejeon Pungdong, Daejeon Pungdong (Seoul Pungdong), from September 4, 2016 to the roads in front of the same Gu-ro 48-5, and from the roads in front of the relevant coffee shop, the Defendant driven a B-hand car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.082%.
