1. The Defendant’s KRW 32 million to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 20% per annum from January 10, 2009 to September 30, 2015.

Reasons

1. On November 20, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for claiming the return of deposit, and on November 20, 2009, the court rendered a judgment ordering the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff the lease deposit amount of KRW 32 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from January 10, 2009 to the date of full payment (Seoul District Court Decision 2008Gadan48188). On December 1, 2009, the above judgment became final and conclusive, and the Defendant still failed to repay and re-request the performance of the deposit after the expiration of the extinctive prescription period.
