마약류관리에관한법률위반(대마)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant purchased marijuana over a total of three occasions as follows, even though no one purchases or sells marijuana.
A. On August 20, 2016, at D convenience stores located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on August 20, 2016, the Defendant transferred mathic money of KRW 540,000 to a bitcoin account. On the same day, around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased mathic money by bringing about approximately 3g of marijuana, where a person whose name was defective was in Seoul Mapo-gu’s neighboring housing was stored in an electronic short box.
B. On August 25, 2016, the Defendant, at the D convenience store located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, transferred KRW 200,000 to the bitcoin account, and then purchased it by means of bringing about about approximately 1g of marijuana, where a person in unsound name was placed in the bitcoin account on the same day at around 23:30 of the same day.

On April 5, 2017, the Defendant, at the G convenience store near Gangnam-gu Seoul, transferred 330,000 won to the nameless cocoin account, and on April 6, 2017, purchased it by means of bringing about approximately 2g of marijuana, where the above nameless coiner was put into the electronic coin box, around 23:30 on April 6, 2017.
2. While no one smokes marijuana, the Defendant smokes marijuana over a total of nine occasions as follows:
A. The Defendant, around August 20, 2016, parked in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I on August 20, 2016, added approximately 0.5g of marijuana to the pipe made of Aluminum aluminium, attached a smoke in a way of spreading it.
B. On August 20, 2016, around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the pipes made of Aluminium head on the sixth floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J building; and (b) smokeed in a way that smokes are cut off.

On August 21, 2016, the Defendant put about approximately 0.5g of marijuana into the pipes made of Aluminium fluium, on the sixth floor of the J building around 22:30, and the pipes made of Aluminium flusium, and granted a smoke.
