야간주거침입절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 01:31 on June 4, 2020, at night, entered a password, which was known to the victim’s residence B, into a locking device, and opened a gate and entered into the locking device, and (b) took a 100,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, and one bank e bank e-mail card in the city.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.
2. Larceny;
A. A. Around June 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stolen, with cash 1,000,000 won, and two copies of bank cards owned by the victim from the victim’s wall that was set up in the ward by making use of the gap in the victim’s house located in the ward, around 01:30 on June 4, 202, within the said C building G, the residence of the victim F residing together by the Defendant; and (b) thefted with two copies of the victim’s wall that was set up in the ward.
B. The Defendant, at around 01:40 on June 4, 2020, posted e bank e-bank B’s e-mail card, as described in paragraph (1), to the ATM machine managed by the victim K Co., Ltd., the Defendant: (a) then withdrawn 300,000 won out of the balance of the account connected with the above e-mail card and subsequently stolen e-mail, from that time to May 3, 201:40; and (b) then withdrawn 4,610,000 won in total eight times from that time, as described in the list of crimes, from that time to that time, from that time, to that time, the Defendant stolen e-mail card, which was stolen as described in paragraph (1).
3. The Defendant attempted to larceny from around 01:48 on June 4, 2020 to around 01:53 on the same day, at the point of the village of the citizen of the MM association located in Busan Suwon-gu L, and the Defendant was aware of F’s heart title after inserting one copy of F’s H bank title card, such as paragraph 2-A, into the ATM period managed by the victim MM association established therein.
