1. The Defendant’s KRW 75,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from October 31, 2012 to May 27, 2015.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim was lent to the Defendant as of October 30, 2012, KRW 75 million on August 8, 2012, which was determined and lent to the Defendant as of October 30, 2012, but the Defendant did not repay this. As such, the Plaintiff sought payment of the leased principal and damages for delay on the said money to the Defendant.
