No person shall change the odometer of an automobile.

I. "2013 Highest 2619";

1. On September 12, 2012, Defendant A, B, and C co-principaled Defendants at the home fracker parking lot located in the city of Busan, Dong-dong on September 16, 2012, at around 16:35, the Defendant C requested the Defendant A, and B to manipulate the odometer of the BMW car at the request of the person who was unaware of his name to change the odometer below the actual odometer. Defendant A, and Defendant B changed the odometer by linking the odometer to the odometer.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the name infinite and changed the mileage of the vehicle.

2. On July 8, 2012, at least 17:00 p.m., Defendant A and B’s co-principaled the odometer of the instant vehicle by linking the odometer to the odometer on the odometer meter upon the request of an unsatisfic person for the change of the odometer of the vehicle at least the actual odometer from his/her name at an insatisf time.

From that time, the Defendants conspired with, from that time to that of the lower police on August 2012, 2012, the Defendants changed the mileage of the vehicle three times in total, in collusion with, and with, the name-free winners, as indicated in the attached Table (1).

3. On October 201, Defendant A and C: (a) at the H parking lot located in Busan Franchising Zone G in Busan, Defendant C requested the Defendant A to operate the odometer at the request of the I to change the odometer of the SM5 vehicle lower than the actual mileage; and (b) Defendant A linked the odometer to the odometer by linking the odometer to the odometer.

The Defendants, including that, from that time until September 10, 2012, conspired with I, etc., to change the mileage through a total of eight times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (2).

4. Defendants B and C’s co-offenders are located in G of the Busan Coastal System on June 2012.
