1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,915,650 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from May 17, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and the following.
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor is considered as the "Plaintiff", and the debtor is considered as the "defendant". 2. Judgment to recommend confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. Of partial dismissal damages, only the portion seeking payment of money calculated by applying 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 with the interest rate from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the excess portion is dismissed.
