From August 23, 2015 to December 26, 2015, the Defendant operated the shop shop of “C” in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) B and the second floor, and employed D as female employees with three smugglings in which the said shop was installed, and received KRW 100,000 per time from male customers in his name and had the said D to have sexual intercourse with the said male customers, and obtained a benefit of KRW 50,000 per time from the said sexual traffic payment.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
