1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and its KRW 60,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 from September 13, 2013.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages in the claim was corrected as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of first pleading).
