1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. The Hongcheon District Court shall have jurisdiction over each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the attachment to the description of the claim and the grounds for the corrected claim;
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on whether to be deemed as a foreigner);
