1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 180,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from February 28, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. 2. Applicable provisions of law: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
