1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from May 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On August 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 150,000,000 from the Plaintiff from the Plaintiff; (b) paid in installments part of the principal within six months; and (c) on August 10, 2019, the remainder of the principal until August 10, 2019; and (d) agreed to lose the benefit of time when payment in installments was delayed once.
