A. The pertinent Plaintiff of the parties is a person who undergoes an operation at the Atol University sexual hospital established and operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).

B. On November 2012, the Plaintiff was diagnosed as a result of the health examination conducted by another hospital, and was hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital in order to remove the scambling with an anti-scambling cambling as of February 5, 2013.
