In regard to the defendant's 2017 High Court's 2394 case sentenced by this court on September 21, 2017, the judgment No. 2 is written.

Reasons

Although the Defendant imposed a fine of KRW 1 million on the date of the pronouncement of the instant judgment, and notified “one hundred thousand won per day” as “one hundred thousand won per day,” it is clear that the converted amount of the custody in the workhouse No. 2 of the instant judgment stated in the instant judgment by mistake as “one KRW 50,000 per day”. Thus, it is corrected ex officio in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
