In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the interpretation or business of “money exchange” or “business in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, in the lower judgment that found the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry among the facts charged in the instant case, on the grounds stated in its reasoning

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
