1. As to KRW 39,771,371 and KRW 39,620,16 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from October 30, 2014 to May 31, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) In the first day for pleading, the purport of the claim is modified as described in Paragraph (1) of this Article. (However, the "creditor" is regarded as the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" is regarded as the "Defendant."
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
