A judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act): According to the records of this case, it is recognized that the Defendant’s claim amount was the price for the goods that occurred on June 11, 1994 and the date of payment was July 27, 1994. Thus, the claim expired after the lapse of the extinctive prescription period of Article 163 subparag. 5-3 of the Civil Act.
