When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
At around 18:50 on May 26, 2014, the Defendant driven B Mt Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.136% at a section of about 5 km from the roads in front of Samsung Manpower, which was located in Go-dong, Gopo-dong, Kopo-dong, Sinpo-dong, to the roads in front of the same Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-dong.
