부당이득금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
1. The Defendant, on July 9, 2015, received KRW 157,460,00 from the Plaintiff due to physical contacts that had been between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, and did not raise any objection thereto. However, if the Defendant subsequently files a civil criminal matter, he/she agreed to compensate the Plaintiff for the damages amounting to KRW 300,000.
However, the Defendant demanded the Plaintiff to pay additional money between August 21, 2015 and August 25, 2015, and violated the above agreement. As such, the Plaintiff claimed damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the claim and the application for modification of the purport of the instant case to the day of full payment.
