1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay KRW 50,000,000 to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff as well as the full payment from June 13, 2016.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the attachment to the description of the claim and each of the grounds for participation;
2. Determination
A. The plaintiff's successor's claim: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
B. Plaintiff’s claim: The Plaintiff transferred all of the instant subject-matter of lawsuit to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff during the instant lawsuit period, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is without merit.
