On October 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 15:00, engaged in unregistered credit business, such as lending KRW 500,000 to B (Nam, 33 years of age) by finding out loan advertising in front of the water distribution station located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan sublime’s Dong at a point of contact with the rice construction market at a point of contact, and providing loans.
