The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. Defendants in violation of the Act on Fraudulent and Subsidy Management (unfair receipt of subsidies in 2012) are residents of the village in the Republic of Korea, E is the development chairperson of the above village, F is a former head of the above village from 2012 to 2014, G is a person who has been a head of the above village from 2015 to 2015, and H is a person who operates “I” to supply raw timber to the above village for the purpose of growing sweak mushrooms, etc.
