2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Defendant promoting A Tourist Site Development Project is promoting “A Tourist Site Development Project (hereinafter “instant Project”) with the period of implementation from May 1, 200 to December 31, 2020 during the period of implementation from Seopo-si Dri (hereinafter “Eri”) F.

The project of this case shall be conducted by means of the Seogpo Si and the joint development of residents, and Seogpo City shall install public facilities, such as roads, water supply and drainage systems, toilets, observation platforms, etc., and residents (land owners) shall implement development projects in the private sector.
