Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The intervenor is a company that employs more than 38,00 full-time workers and operates an information and communications business, etc. 2) On December 7, 1987, the plaintiff entered the Korea Telecommunication Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant") as a class 6 administrative employee, and worked at the customer service team B (the former Customer Headquarters CB branch office located in the Seoul branch office around January 201, 2010) from February 26, 2003.
