1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the amount of KRW 90,000 among them, from July 23, 2019 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On January 29, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the Plaintiff, borrowed KRW 90 million from the Plaintiff under the pretext of investment, etc., and did not repay it until February 1, 2018. As such, the Defendant, which received the payment of KRW 90 million and KRW 10 million for the emotional distress of the Plaintiff due to fraud, shall seek compensation for damages arising from property fraud.
