1. As to KRW 1,701,281,958 and KRW 608,649,040 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the full payment from November 16, 2018 to the day of full payment.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. The Defendant, B, around November 28, 2007, loaned KRW 500,000,000, KRW 100,000,000 around January 25, 2008, KRW 130,000 around March 12, 2008, KRW 298,258 around August 28, 2008, KRW 222,757,075 around September 10, 2008, and the Industrial Bank of Korea loaned KRW 450,00,000 around June 20, 2006, KRW 70,000 around July 26, 200, around 2008; and KRW 130,000 around August 10, 2008, around 2008; and the Industrial Bank of Korea loaned KRW 222,757,000 around 30,008; and
B. The defendant did not pay some of the principal and interest of loans to the B and the Industrial Bank of Korea.
C. A limited liability company B transferred the balance of the principal and interest of loan to the Defendant of the limited liability company B, and C limited liability company transferred the claim to D on March 30, 2010 again to D.
In addition, the Industrial Bank of Korea also transferred the balance of the principal and interest of loans to the defendant of the Industrial Bank of Korea, and E limited liability company transferred to F Co., Ltd. on June 20, 201, claims for the balance of the principal and interest of loans.
On October 29, 2015, D and F were merged into G, and G transferred the balance of each principal and interest of loans to the Defendant of B and Industrial Bank of Korea (hereinafter “instant bonds”) to the Plaintiff on October 29, 2015, and notified the Defendant of the fact of transferring the said bonds around May 16, 2016.
E. As of November 16, 2018, the principal and interest of the instant claim is KRW 608,649,040, the principal and interest of KRW 1,266,940, interest of KRW 1,092,632,918, the aggregate of KRW 1,702,548,898, and the rate of delay damages is 15% per annum.

2. According to the facts of the above recognition, the Defendant, as the transferee of the instant claim, filed a claim against the Plaintiff, the transferee of the instant claim, KRW 1,701,281,958 and the principal of KRW 608,649,040, as claimed by the Plaintiff.
