A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (sexual purchase, etc.), against the victim C, committed a sexual intercourse with the victim C (here, 17 years old) at the corner in Incheon located, and remitted KRW 100,000 to the victim’s account on or around the 19th of the same month, as a consideration for sexual intercourse, thereby purchasing the sex of the child or juvenile.
2. On November 23, 2014, from around 20:54 to around 15:55 of the same month, the Defendant provided that the Defendant would pay KRW 50,000 per hour to the victim D (the age of 11) who met through a Kakaothothrocing case in the Defendant’s residence located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu E 104 Dong 102, U.S., 104, 102, for payment of KRW 50,00 per child or juvenile for the victim’s sexual intercourse and contact between the Defendant’s sexual organ and the victim’s sexual organ.
3. On November 23, 2014, at around 21:08, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s message to Kakakao Kao Stockholm using the Defendant’s mobile phone at the Defendant’s above residence, as described in paragraph (2), to the victim D, who caused sexual humiliation or aversion on 16 occasions, from that time until around 22:40 of the same month, from that time, the Defendant sent the Defendant a message that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion to the victim with an intention to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.
